Our current recruitment plan brings together a ‘front of house’ approach as well as an in depth research approach. We aim to give our employees, not just the ability to research into a company and find the best reaction to a situation, but also the ability to confidently communicate this to your company in order to get the plan into place in the most efficient way.

Our recruitment plan will focus on Level 4 business management students at Solent University. We are looking to add to our strong research and pitching group skills with recruits who can work in a results based group and maintain the level of expected commitment and attainment. In addition, we place a high importance upon our aim to equip candidates with skills to increase their employability in the future
